Just a heads-up - Server upgrades coming soon |

 As our site has grown in size, our server has been stretched to capacity. As you'll notice from our little note under "What's Here" on the lower right side of each page, we're now storing over 100,000 articles in our databases. Even though we trim all the news archives down to the last year, the number of items seems to continue to grow. To deal with the increased quantity of data, we're adding another set of drives to the server.
The install is still a week or so off as the drives just arrived and the IT department has to plan and schedule and organize. We'll let you know when the actual date gets firmed up, but it will necessitate about 3 or 4 hours of down time for the server. We'll try to do it all during the wee hours - starting around Midnight Pacific time - so as to minimize the impact.
As usual, we thank you for your continued patronage and your patience on those occasions when things are not as they should be.
